Kenneth MabesKenneth Elwood Mabes, 45, of Tuscola was in the Coryell County Jail Monday night awaiting arraignment for murder charges after the shooting of David Minney, 36.

Shortly after 9 p.m. Tuesday, Coryell County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call from Donna Mabes reporting that her ex-husband, Mabes, had shot her boyfriend at her home on the 200 block of Putnam Street in Evant.
