Grand jury indicts 22 in April

A Coryell County grand jury handed down indictments for 22 individuals during the month of April. 
Those indicted include: 
James Lee Anderson, 32, burglary of a habitation.
Treva Ray Butcher, 45, burglary of habitation, fraudulent possession of a controlled substance/prescription schedule III/IV. 
Kassandra Byers, 23, Copperas Cove, bail jumping and failure to appear, felony. 
Jason John Faucher, 37,    possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 1 greater than or equal to 1 gram but less than 4 grams; tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair.
George Lee Fortney, 33, Killeen,    tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair; evading arrest/detention with previous conviction; unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. 
Jacob Samuel Giger, 17, possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 1, less than 1 gram. 
Eric Rasheen Goodman, 39, Uvalde, injury to a child/elderly/disabled reckless sbi/mental; assault of a family/household member, impede breath/circulation.
Russell Jay Havard, 23, fraudulent use/possession of identifying information, number of items less than five, elderly. 
Gerald Janod Hollins, 30, Harker Heights, possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 1 greater than or equal to 1 gram but less than 4 grams.
Russell Lee Hughes, 45, Kempner, possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 1 less than 1 gram. 
Daniel Enrique Jeronimo-Dominguez, 31, Harker Heights, online solicitation of a minor sexual conduct. 
James Anthony Johnson Jr., 34, Killeen, burglary of a habitation.
Zacharij C. Martin, 23, Copperas Cove, burglary of a habitation.
Julia Leanne Mchenry-Mallet, 31, fraudulent use/possession of identifying information fewer than 5 items. 
Katrina Len Perez, 28, Temple, possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 1 less than 1 gram., Myrle Kayton Polk, 38, credit card or debit card abuse.
Warren Pruett, 51, Georgetown, bail jumping and fail to appear felony; theft of property greater than or equal to $2,500 but less than $30,000. 
Bradley Rosser, 29, assault of a family/household member, impede breath/circulation.
Bobby Joe Sheets, 17, Gatesville, aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury.    
Gregg Tracy Stone, 43, Gatesville, injury to a child/elderly/disabled with intent of bodily injury. 
Tiffany Leann Twomey, 34, fraudulent use/possession of identifying information, fewer than five items. 
Michael Marquis Vanhorn, 28, Killeen, evading arrest/detention with previous conviction.
Danny Oren Wilson, 65,    possession of child pornography, four counts. 
Andrew James Winters, 23, possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 1 less than 1 gram. 
The indictments listed do not include the indictments where the defendants have not yet been arrested for their charge and have a capias out that has not been served on the defendant.
