Former Copperas Cove police officer indicted

The office of Coryell County District Clerk Becky Moore released its list of monthly indictments which were filed on June 24. 
Eric Anthony Stoneburner, 42, the former Copperas Cove police officer who turned himself in after shooting another motorist while off duty on May 23 in Copperas Cove, has been indicted by a Coryell County grand jury for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. 
Also receiving indictments were: 
Seth Gabriel Dubois, 38, sexual abuse of a child continuous: victim under 14, sexual assault of a child, indecency with a child – sexual contact, and sexual assault of a child (4 counts)
Bobby Joe Lewis, 40, aggravated robbery;
Ryan Paul Calhoun, 31, aggravated sexual assault of a child;
Bobby Joe Waller, 59, failure to comply – sex offender duty to register life/annual;
Ryan Keith Cranford, 41, failure to comply – sex offender duty to register life/90 days;
William Jerome Fulton, 36, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon; 
Nedius Andrew Huitt, 49, possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 1, greater than or equal to 1 gram but less than 4 grams; 
Brad William Vanormer, 42, possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 1, greater than or equal to 1 gram but less than 4 grams; 
Britani Reann Lewis, 22, possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 1, greater than or equal to 1 gram but less than 4 grams;
Julie Ann Hawkins, 40, possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 1, greater than or equal to 1 gram but less than 4 grams;    
Derrick Kendall Hinjosa, 43, assault int/reck breath/circulation family member with previous LAT; 
Patrick Neil Church, 51, stalking; 
Marion Jean Lackey, 63, assault of a public servant; 
Gabriel Isaias Palacios-David, forgery of government document/national instrument/money/security; 
David Michael    Galindo, 31, possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 1, greater than or equal to 1 gram but less than 4 grams
Trisha Anna Brown, 35, engaging in organized criminal activity;
Timothy Eugene Jefferson, 31, unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. 
Michael Anthony Berhe, 27, aggravated robbery;
Joe Hinojosa Rodriguez, 43, Interference with child custody;
Calvin Lee Jackson, 49, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon;
Durrell Dion Jenkins, 35, assault of a family/household member impede breathing/circulation; 
Jeremiah Paul    Wilson, 22, assault of a family/household member impede breathing/circulation.
The indictments listed do not include the indictments where the defendants have not yet been arrested for their charge and have a capias out that has not been served on the defendant.
