Donkbilt Service Exchange is a woman-owned and operated local business that provides services to businesses and individuals alike.

Annette Donker opened the doors to Donkbilt Service Exchange in 2013, and if it involves documents and paper, taxes, or notary, Donkbilt Service Exchange will have you covered. 

Their offices are located at 2208 E. Business 190, Suite 1.

Signing Agent Services and Mobile Notary Services are available 24-7. 

Office hours are Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., with evenings and weekends by appointment. Donkbilt can be reached at 254-518-1566.

Among the business services Donker provides are payroll/payroll taxes, bookkeeping and sales tax filing, along with administrative support services.

She is an NNA Certified Signing Agent, and provides mobile notary and signing services in Coryell, Bell, and Lampasas Counties.

Although Donkbilt has had her business for 10 years as Donkbilt Service Exchange, she has been a notary since 1994.

Donkbilt is proud to provide year-round tax services for individuals and businesses alike. 

She assists with individual and business taxes, can provide tax consultation, foreign tax exclusion, and tax filing amendments. 

In addition, she provides HIPAA Training and Litigation Support, provides HIPAA compliance training for business employees, and provides litigation support to law firms/attorneys. 

Donkbilt is also available for printing copies, faxing, and scanning of docouments.
