Council to hold workshop, special meeting tonight

The Copperas Cove city council is holding a workshop, public hearing and special meeting tonight at the Copperas Cove Economic Development Corporation, located at 210 S. 1st St.
The workshop begins at 5 p.m. and will include public recognition for organizations and businesses for the support of the Youth Advisory Council’s Daddy-Daughter Dance.
During the workshop itself, city manager Andrea Gardner will give an update on capital improvement projects, to have a discussion and receive direction from the council.
