Three county jailers arrested

Thad Vincent, Jordyn Evans, and Raymond Cain III were arrested and charged with tampering with a government record, Coryell County District Attorney Dusty Boyd confirmed last week. 

All three defendants will be in the 440th District Court and each will have several counts within each respective indictment, Boyd said. 

They each received a $10,000 bond.

The arrests came about in the course of an ongoing investigation by the Texas Rangers in the death of Castlee Noble, 55, of Gatesville. Noble was arrested on June 23 of this year for trafficking of a person, a 1st degree felony, and was being held on a $1,000,000 bond. 

Noble was found unresponsive in his cell on Aug. 26 and pronounced dead. The investigation remains ongoing.
