District 12-6A play continued last week for the Bulldawg netters with road tournaments at Harker Heights and Midway. Once the Friday dust settled in Hewitt, Cove found themselves on the short end of a 19-0 loss to the powerful Panthers. Back on Tuesday, Harker Heights defended their turf by stopping the Dawgs 11-8. “Our main problem was not being able to close out tight matches,” head coach Paul Talbett said. “We were always playing hard but had a difficult time winning big points.”
