Enactus holds carwash fundraiser

By LYNETTE SOWELL Cove Leader-Press The Enactus Club from Central Texas Collegeheld a carwash fundraiser on Saturday at the 7-11/Texaco on Business 190 in order to raise money for this year’s projects.  t least a dozen club members, with majors ranging from business tonursing and more were on hand to provide some muscle power to clean passers-by’s vehicles. One of their biggest events this year is Operation “I” Serve Too, which is a five-day workshop from September 28 through October 2 on Fort Hood. Normally events like that cost around $800, but through Enactus, it will cost nothing for military spouses to attend due to help from the club’s fundraising efforts.
