Copperas Cove shoppers, especially those looking to keep their fashion dollars within Cove, should prepare themselves for the shops now linked to Phase II of the Five Hills Shopping Center. Retailers on board as tenants include Ross, rue21, Burke’s Outlet, Dots Fashion, Rack Room Shoes and Bealls. This means a good chunk of the phase II project is committed to by retailers hoping for Cove shoppers to come their way once doors open at the new stores.
