Operation Stand Down preparing for October event

“These are money right here,” Joann Courtland said as she pulled men’s sweatshirts from a bag of donations. She and a group of volunteers, including her family, stayed busy Sunday afternoon sorting through donations for Operation Stand Down Central Texas, at the group’s headquarters located at 118 Cove Terrace Shopping Center.
