Nearly seven years ago was the last time Wilma Bilyeu received a bouquet of flowers, and thanks to The Daisy Floral Shop, she received a Happy Bouquet Friday afternoon as part of the Make Someone Smile Week celebration by Telafloral. “I’m a bit overwhelmed in a good way to receive the flowers,” she said. “I chose the ones that had pink in them.
