New Maker Club to meet at the library Wednesday

A new Maker Club will meet on Sept. 9 from 6-7 p.m. in the meeting room of the Copperas Cove Public Library. The Maker Club is a place for people who use technology recreationally or professionally to create, customize and design new things. Those exploring the cutting edges of new technology can gather to share ideas, experience, information and encouragement. Some of the technologies to be discussed include 3-D Modeling, 3-D Printing, 3-D Scanning, laser cutting, CNC Routing and programmable circuit boards like Arduino and Raspberry Pi. Makers come in all ages and families are welcome. Please bring examples, images and ideas.
