At tonight’s city council meeting, City manager Andrea Gardner will publicly present an amendment to the 380 agreement between the city and Endeavor Real Estate Group, the Austin-based developer that built the Five Hills Shopping Center.
The amendment is the first to the 2011 agreement and is the result of negotiations between the city’s attorney and the developer’s legal counsel, as well as a series of executive sessions with the city council and Gardner.
Also this evening, the council will take action on proposed parks improvements totaling just over $3.7 million that will take place over the next four years. At last week’s Parks and Recreation Department town hall meeting, Joe Brown, the city’s parks and recreation director, outlined those improvements year by year and park by park.
