It was standing room only during the inaugural meeting of the 2014-15 Quarterback Club held at its new time at noon on Wednesdays at the Lil-Tex Restaurant. “This is the largest crowd I’ve seen at a quarterback club meeting,” said club chairperson Bradi Diaz to open the meeting. “We look forward to you participating in the Quarterback Club and we’re excited for a new year and new officers. We had a lot of parents, due to the efforts of the coaching staff, sign up to volunteer at the concession stand.” The club has met for years on Friday morning, but this year they changed it up in an attempt to get more participation.
