After firing out of the gate like a rocket, the Copperas Cove Bulldawgs baseball team has hit a turbulent patch in their season, dropping three straight decisions, including Tuesday’s 9-7 loss at Ellison. Cove got on the scoreboard first when Kyle Winstead singled to center field to put Jayson Cole, who reached on a walk, in scoring position.
