Cove duo selected to USA NT Teams

Copperas Cove baseball standouts Tim Bechtold and MichaelHays were again recognized for their skills on the baseball diamond. The duo was recently selected to the North Texas Region of the National Team Identification Series (NTIS) for USA Baseball. Bechtold was selected to the 17-under team and Hays made the 16-under team. Both Bechtold and Hays are raising money to help with the expenses of the trip to Cary, N.C. To help in that cause, Chickfil- A is holding a spirit night on Thursday to help raise the funds between 5-8 p.m.. A portion of each meal will go towards the $750 each player needs to fund their trips.
