Nadine Moles, age 81 of Kempner, was granted her angel wings on Saturday, September 17, 2016, at Temple Scott and White Hospital. Her final days were spent surrounded by family.
Visitation with the family will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, September 22, 2016 at Scott’s Funeral Home in Copperas Cove. Services will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, September 23, 2016 at the funeral home. A graveside burial service for family will follow at Kempner Cemetery. Relatives and friends are welcome at both.
Mrs. Moles was born on May 9, 1935 in Cedar Grove, West Virginia. She was the daughter of the late Norman and Ruby Grubbs Connard. She has resided in the Copperas Cove and Kempner area since 1970.
Mrs. Moles is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 43 years, Donald Moles, in 2003.
She leaves to cherish her memory two daughters, Donna Ingram and husband, Ronald; Keisey Floyd and husband, David; three sons, Bob Morris; Ray Morris and wife Margie; Jim Morris and wife, Bea; one sister, Phyllis Shifflet; two brothers Leon Connard and Charles Connard; twelve grandchildren; and nineteen great-grandchildren along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other loving relatives and friends.
Mrs. Moles had a loving and generous heart, she was always giving to others. Her interests included gardening, cooking, sewing and reading. She will be especially remembered for her devotion to her family. Her greatest joy was spending time with her children, grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
