Teachers turn entrepreneurs with Salon Professional Academy.
Weeks into the inaugural class of the Salon Professional Academy, Shane Wilson and his wife Tuesday are loving their new facility off I-35 in Georgetown that will shape the leaders in the next generation of stylists. “When we left the teaching profession, we wanted to open a business that empowered women into becoming entrepreneurs,” said co-owner Tuesday Wilson said. “We opened an 8,000 square foot facility that does just that with suite rental salons and the Academy.”
