Dawg Tennis goes 18-1 vs Killeen to open 12-6A

Dawg Tennis gets District 12- 6A action underway with an 18-1 win over the Killeen Kangaroos to improve to 19-10 on the year and 1-0 in district play. The Bulldawgs swept both the singles and doubles matches, suffering their only loss of the afternoon in the mixed doubles match. “In our match with Killeen we came out of doubles up 6-1 to set the tone for the match,” head coach Paul Talbett said. “We swept the singles. Our girls and boys both went 9-0 in the sweep. I am proud of our boys for the perseverance. We lost four first sets on the boys’ side, and fought back to win all four of those matches.
