Cove Lady Pups go 3-1 against Belton

It was an exciting night for the Lady Pups as they took on Belton Middle School.

7B finished victorious against Belton Middle School. The girls played with execution and composure. We are implementing everything that we learn in practice. It is awesome to see it all come together. Player of the game goes to Helen Moreno for serving an amazing game! Scores were 25-18 and 25-18.

7A had a hard night. They fell short the first set 25-6 and the second set 25-8. Next week they will take on Carver Middle School at home. Player of the game goes to Kaiya Evans for her hustle on the court and her passing. 

8B had a great night against Belton. As a team we recorded 25 aces and 2 blocks! We definitely redeemed ourselves from last week. Player of the game goes to Kali Martinez who had 8 aces on the night. She transitioned well on the court and played aggressively. Scores were 25-20 and 25-17

8A started off strong and fought all the way to the end. They won both sets 25-13 and 25-21. Players of the game goes to Allison Crawley with 3 hits on the night. 

Next week we have a home game against Carver Middle School. We would love to have as many fans as possible.
