Patrick Shaun Howell, age 64, of Burnside, KY, passed away on Friday, January 12, 2018 at his residence.
Patrick was born on November 18, 1953 in Tulsa, OK, to the late Jack LaVerne Howell and Eileen Marie “Pat” O’Brien Howell.  He was a Firefighter and EMT in Copperas Cove, TX.  Patrick was also a veteran of the United States Army Colorado National Guard, working as a Medic. 
He is survived by his wife, L. Dianne Chaney Howell, whom he married on June 5, 1982 in Copperas Cove, TX; four children, Christina (and Bryan) Newberry of Copperas Cove, TX, Angela Bono of Colorado Springs, CO, Brian (and Andrea) Howell of Ft. Campbell, KY and Joshua (and Jeanna) Howell  of Science Hill;  one brother, Larry (and “Mel”) Howell of Mesa, AZ; two sisters, Coleen (and Rick) Black of Del Norte, CO and Maureen (and Howard) Larimore of Del Norte, CO; ten grandchildren, Kaitlyn Yarbrough, Sarah Bono, Anthony Bono, Caleb Newberry, Haydn Howell, Bentley Howell, Austin Howell, Jordan Singleton, Jaydan Singleton and Jaxon Howell; one great grandchild, Andre Vendrell; and many nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Jackie Howell and Thomas Patrick Howell; and one sister, Kathleen Howell.
Visitation was held Monday, January 15, 2018aat Lake Cumberland Funeral Home.
 His Celebration of Life Service will follow on Monday at 7:00pm at the Chapel of Lake Cumberland Funeral Home with Bro. Bentley Hogan officiating.  Burial will be at Wesley Chapel.
