John Vincent  Consentino

Funeral Mass for Deacon John Vincent Consentino, Sr., 87, of Copperas Cove, will be 10:00 am Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Holy Family Catholic Church in Copperas Cove. 
Burial, with full military honors, will be at 12:00 pm Thursday at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery.
Deacon John passed away peacefully on January 10, 2018.  He is the son of Flippio and Concetta  Consentino.  He is survived by his devoted and loving wife of 63 years, Jerry Consentino, and his children; John Consentino Jr, Kellee Consentino, Vince Consentino and Cathy Farino.  He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.   
John Consentino served in the US Army for 24 years and was a helicopter inspector for many years.  He was ordained as a Deacon in 2000 where he served Holy Family Catholic Church for over 18 years.  He was respected, adored and loved by many.  
A Vigil Service and Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 PM Wednesday, January 17, 2018, at Holy Family Catholic Church in Copperas Cove. 
Per the familys request, in lieu of flowers please make donations to Saint Vincent De Paul. Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Copperas Cove is in charge of the arrangements.
