Grand jury indicts 30 in March

A Coryell County grand jury handed down indictments to 30 individuals in March, according to a release from the office of Coryell County district clerk, Janice Gray.

The indictments do not include indictments where the defendants have not yet been arrested for their charge and have a capias out that has not been served on the defendant.

Those indicted in the month of March 2017 include:

Michael Joe Brown, 41, Belton, unauthorized use of vehicle.

James Lee Anderson, 31, Gatesville, possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 1, less than 1 gram.

Anthony Ashcroft, 54, Copperas Cove, assault of a family/household member, impede breathing/circulation.

Krystal Diana Chalkley, 30, Copperas Cove, 30, credit card or debit card abuse.

Joaquin S. Garcia, 30, Copperas Cove, 30, assault of a family/household member, impede breathing/circulation.

Logan Tyler Gathman, 36, Copperas Cove, possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone.

Renee Alexis Gray, 22, Copperas Cove, abandon/endanger a child with intent to return.

Christopher Wayne Hogan, 25, Temple, assault with bodily injury of a family/household member, two or more within 12 months.

Leslie Danielle Hopkins, 31, Gatesville, abandon/endanger a child, criminal negligence.

Chaz Kirenan, 22, Royse City, possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 1 less than 1 gram.

Jason Wayne King, 31, possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 1, greater than 1 gram but less than 4 grams.

Melvin Manning, 24, Austin, theft of Property greater than or equal to 2,500 but less than $30.000.

Paul Michael Matthews, 40, possession of a controlled substance greater than 1 gram but less than 4 grams.

Enrike Bajhuan McClendon, 28, Copperas Cove, injury to child/elderly/disabled with intent to cause bodily injury.

Jason Floyd McInis, 37, Gatesville, unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Austin Wayne Miller, 20, Corpus Christi, credit card or debit card abuse.

Robert Chadwin Miller, 33, Copperas Cove, Assault on a family/household member with previous conviction.

Troy Walker Neville, 44, Lampasas, Possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 1 less than 1 gram; possession of a controlled substance, penalty grade 1 greater than 4 grams but less than 200 grams.

Brandon Lee Owen, 22, Copperas Cove, assault causing bodily injury to a family member.

Rocky Lee Pickett, 37, city not given, assault of a family/household member, impede breathing/circulation.

Clinton Wade Ray, 36, city not given, burglary of building.

Malika Michelle Rideout, 30, Copperas Cove, abandon/endanger child, imminent danger bodily injury.

Dennis Richard Santillanes, 29, city not given, injury to child/elderly/disabled, reckless serious bodily injury/mental.

Danny Oren Wilson, 64, city not given, sexual abuse of a child continuous: victim under 14.

Diana Michelle Wilson, 34, Copperas Cove, accident involving serious bodily injury.

Kenneth Wilson, 50, city not given, tampering with/fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair.

Roberts, Erik Will, 38, Fort Worth, prohibited substance/item in a correctional facility.

Anthony Stefan Williams, 38, Copperas Cove, possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 1 less than 1 gram.

Coby Aaron Smith, 20, Gatesville, possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 1 less than 1 gram.

Willis Gene Holden, 26, Gatesville, theft of property greater than or equal to 42,500 but less than $30,000.
