Dawg Soccer completes non-district slate with tie against China Spring

Bonk.

 

That term is like that of a sound effect from the old Batman comics.

 

That sound is also an unfriendly one to a shooter in basketball, a putter in disc golf and for the Copperas Cove Bulldawgs soccer team on Tuesday.

 

More than a half of dozen of Copperas Cove’s 14-plus shots on goal bonked off of the goal posts during the Bulldawgs’ 0-0 tie with the China Spring Cougars Tuesday at Bulldawg Stadium, including a spinning heel kick from in the box that was just high by Tristen Reno in the waning minutes.
