The Copperas Cove Lady Dawgs came up a play short of a huge rally against the Midway Pantherettes on Friday. “I saw a team that fought and scratched to the very end,” said Copperas Cove head coach Bryan Waller. “They got down late in the game. We put pressure on them at the end and we gave ourselves a chance to win and that’s all I can ask.”
