The vision of a future Business 190 was a sight to behold on Thursday at the city council workshop. The green space was beautiful and the areas for pedestrians would be a much-needed feature to make Business 190 safer and more walk-able than it is now.
Part of me wonders why Highway 190 wasn’t developed like that to begin with, but that’s not my point today.
Thursday’s workshop brought me back to math class. I had memories of when the teacher would give problems that began with phrases like, “If one train leaves Chicago.” Or, in this case, it was cars.
