Doubles by Chamberlin and Kirk helped plate three more runners in the inning.
Three runs in the bottom of the fifth and two more in the bottom of the sixth closed the gap for Killeen to 17-10 but a three-run home run by Carbajal pushed Cove’s lead to 22-10 and an RBI single by Caleb Jones scored Chamberlin to end the onslaught.
