Cove Head Start center’s headquarters among H-E-B’s finalists

H-E-B announced Monday that eight school districts and five early childhood facilities have been selected as finalists for the retailer’s 15th annual 2016 Excellence in Education Awards program.

 

Among the finalists is Central Texas 4C, Inc., which has several Head Start centers to include the Copperas Cove Early Head Start on East Avenue E, and others in Killeen, Harker Heights, Belton, Temple, Holland and Troy.

 

“We have already received the $5,000 check for being a finalist and finalists will be judged in March,” said Janell Frazier, executive director of Central Texas 4C., Inc. “We are proud to represent the best of early childhood education in Central Texas, especially in Cove.”
