Optimist Club donates to Cove House Free Clinic

The Copperas Cove Optimist Club presented a check for $1,000 on Friday to Brian Hawkins, director of Cove House, for the Cove House Free Clinic.

 

Sandor Vegh with the Optimist Club said their club is about helping the community, and especially where it concerns children.

 

Hawkins was very thankful and appreciative of the donation from the club, saying the free clinic helped at least 600 with medical care in 2015. Support like this from the community will help the clinic expand its services.
