Services for Sandra Lynn Rackley will be 11am Tuesday December 22, 2015 at Eastside Baptist Church in Copperas Cove. Burial will follow at 2pm at the Central Texas State Veterans Cemetery in Killeen. She was born February 7, 1947 in Little Rock, Arkansas and passed away December 17, 2015 in Harker Heights. She is preceded in death by father and mother William and Sara Jane Fiser and brother, Karl Fiser. Survivors include husband James C. Rackley, sister, Rhonda Ray and husband Virgil, 2 nephews, daughters, Tracy Bramer, Jane Patrin and husband Derek, Amy Maxwell, and husband Thomas, 6 grandchildren, and 7 great-grandchildren. She was the popcorn Granny of Mae Stevens Elementary, co-director of Eastside Baptist Church bus ministry, Professional inhome childcare provider, and substitute teacher for CCISD. The family will receive visitors from 6-8 pm Monday December 21, 2015 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Copperas Cove.
