5 Dawgs named to All-District list

The Copperas Cove Bulldawgs landed five members in six positions to the 2015 District 12-6A All-District selection list. Earning first team offensive honors are senior running back Antonio Lealiiee and senior lineman JP Urquidez.

 

Lealiiee rushed for 1,804 yards and 17 touchdowns on 207 carries to lead the Dawgs’ offense. Lealiiee was listed as the No. 5 rusher in Class 6A by the Texas High School Coaches Association Press Box Services and was No. 4 in yards per game according to the THSCA Press Box Services. He averaged 180.4 yards per game and 8.7 yards per carry. He also had the second–longest touchdown in 6A with his 97-yard touchdown against Ellison in week 7.
