Elementary schools hold yard sales, fun runs

Dozens of kids and their parents showed up to participate in House Creek Elementary’s fun run, buy yard sale items, and get Kiddo Cards for their children.

 

House Creek’s PTA hosted the yard sale and fun run Saturday morning. This is the group’s third year hosting the event, held twice a year in the spring and fall. Kiddo Cards were made from 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Saturday’s event brought out 15 vendors selling a variety of items including clothes, toys, pastries, flowers, trinkets, and more.
