Families overrun city park for 15th annual Day for Kids

The Boys & Girls Club of Copperas Cove took over the city park Saturday with free, familyoriented fun and games for their 15th annual Day for Kids. Boys & Girls Club Branch Director Bobby Krei explained Saturday’s annual event is in conjunction with the National Day for Kids, being celebrated across the nation on September 19. Krei also explained that the Copperas Cove Boys & Girls Club Day for Kids is a community outreach event inviting all parents to spend the afternoon with their kids at the park.
