Groups ‘Stuff the Bus’ to help CCISD students

Copperas Cove Wal-Mart and Star Group- Veterans Helping Veterans kicked  off the “Stuff the Bus” school supply drive Friday morning with a ribbon cutting, balloon release and a $1,000 donation  of school supplies from Wal-Mart. Congressman Roger Williams, RabbitFest  Royalty, the Copperettes, and Girl Scout Troop 6126 were on hand to  help Wal-Mart team members and SG – VHV cut the ribbon to officially start  the event. Hot dogs, chips, soda, dancing  and great music made the morning feel like a fun-filled carnival of goodwill.
