Circus Chickendog performs for summer readers at library

By PAMELA GRANT Cove Leader-Press Circus Chickendog impressed with an array of impressive tricks performed not only by Darren Peterson, but by six dogs and one chatty parrot.  he performance of Circus Chickendog wasone of many shows hosted by the Copperas Cove Public Library as part of their Summer Reading Program. The 2 p.m. animal show was a huge draw for the library and they performed to an audience of 150 people, the maximum capacity for the meeting room. Fortunately for late-comers, Circus Chickendog put on a second  how at 3:30 p.m.
