Around my house, we like watching the home improvement shows, especially the ones where people are getting their houses ready to put on the market. One thing I’ve noticed when watching those shows is how people often can’t see what’s right under their noses. They’re so attached to their current home that they can’t or won’t make the effort to make some simple improvements to better their chances of selling. Honey, if your house has been on the market for six months, it’s either overpriced or needs some spit ‘n polish, heavy on the polish. That’s my armchair real estate agent opinion.
