Refuge Ministries kicks off Topsey Market

Cove Leader-Press In spite of cloudy skies and a forecast of rain for Saturday, several vendors set up tables at Saturday’s first Topsey Market, located at Refuge Ministries’ Topsey campus, at 4406 F.M. 1113. Tim O’Neal, pastor of the Topsey church, said the church is hosting the monthly market to not only promote the church in that area, but to help the community.
