Lady Dawg volleyballers honored at annual banquet

 

The 2014 volleyball season had its hills and valleys for the Copperas Cove Lady Dawgs, but what success story doesn’t. After losing two of the most decorated players in program history with the graduation of All-State selectees and Division I college signees, Qiana Canete and Bryaunea Hall, many wrote off the team and their possibilities for success – except those donning Lady Dawg blue and gold. That under-rated group of players, led by All-State selections Lexi Perez and Mikayla Blount, went on to the best playoff performance since 2006 and rewrote the annals of Lady Dawg volleyball history.
