56-year old killed in one-vehicle accident

A one-vehicle accident killed a Copperas Cove area woman Thursday afternoon. The driver, 56-year-old Sandra Spears, was pronounced dead at the scene of the wreck. The accident occurred near the 1100-block of Lutheran Church Road, Officer Harpin Myers, a Texas Department of Public Safety spokesman, confirmed.
