A year after the Copperas Cove country team was finally able to break their postseason drought by sending freshman Amber Boyd to the Regional meet, they qualified both teams and five individual runners to compete at Saturday’s Region II-6A Cross Country Meet at Lynn Creek Park in Grand Prairie. Stefani Vassar, Kayla Wilson, Tierra Mendoza, Samantha Parlato and Olivia Rios (manager) will also travel to Lynn Creek Park with the squad.
