Two more file for spots on November ballot

The city is two weeks into its fourweek filing time period when it accepts  applications for positions on the November ballot, this year for two places on the city council and the position of  mayor. Former councilman  and mayor pro tem, Frank  Seffrood, filed on August 3 to run for  mayor. Seffrood  will face recently departed place 3  councilman Gary  Kent, who filed to run during the  first week.
