H-E-B Plus! holds burger-eating contest

On Saturday afternoon Copperas Cove H-E-B Plus! held a burger-eating contest as part of its annual Burger Bash.
Folks signed up to try to completely eat a four-pound burger with all the trimmings including cheese, tomatoes, lettuce pickles, onions, bacon and more on a Hawaiian roll within 20 minutes.
Ten folks tried and none were successful in completely consuming the monster burgers but there were some valiant efforts.
