Meggs project forges ahead

Amr Abdelazeem is an engineer, and he couldn’t see tearing down his rental property on the corner of South First Street and Meggs that he’s owned for nearly 20 years. Instead, at the end of 2014, Abdelazeem oversaw the removal of the home built in 1953 to pave the way for his newest structure and business venture.
