Just like the inflatable larger-than-life balloons of Paddington Bear, Snoopy, and Hello Kitty, the hearts of four Copperas Cove High School dancers soared in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade. Four members of the Copperettes, CCHS’ award-winning dance line, danced in the annual New York City parade which was televised on NBC and averaged 22.6 million viewers. Dancing in the parade were senior Ashley Johnson, sophomore Lauren Castaneda, and juniors Emily Drever and Shania Reynolds.
