Kids get a ‘Head Start’ in school next year

Cove Leader-Press Young students from the Head Start program were invited Friday to attend Martin Walker Elementary to give them a glimpse into what elementary school will be like. The students joined kindergarten classes for the day and participated in all of their activities with them. This helped to show the students what kindergarten will be like and help them to become more comfortable with joining a much larger school.
