Grand jury indicts 11 in May

The office of Coryell County District Clerk Janice Gray released the list of those indicted during the month of May by a Coryell County grand jury. 
Heath Horicio Beasley, 40, was indicted for prohibited sexual conduct x2 and sexual assault x3. Beasley had been arrested in April 2018 after an investigation by the Copperas Cove Police Department and he remains in the Coryell County Jail.  
Also indicted were: 
Gari Dawn Bloodworth, 34, Copperas Cove, was indicted for burglary of building.
Misty Renee Dillard, 43, credit card or debit card abuse. Dillard was arrested in April 2018 by Copperas Cove police for burglary of a vehicle. 
Chad Michael Tucker, 24, fraudulent use/possession of identifying information, less than five items. Tucker was booked into the Coryell County Jail in April 2018 after he was arrested by Copperas Cove police for prohibited substances and items in a correctional facility possession of a controlled substance over 1 gram under 4 grams.
Christopher Mark Weist, 42, tamper/fabricate physical evidence with intent to impair. Weist was arrested by Copperas Cove police in March 2018. 
Quinton Marcus Clayton, 30, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, evading arrest/detention with previous conviction.
Carletra Agnie Suggs, 19, possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 1, greater than or equal to 1 gram but less than 4 grams. 
Darell Donnell Marrow, 26, possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 1, greater than or equal to 1 gram but less than 4 grams. 
Cornelious Shaquan Blanks, 26, possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 1, greater than or equal to 1 gram but less than 4 grams. 
Kenneth Leslie Richardson, 42, Gatesville, possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 1, less than 1 gram. 
Rusty Don Dickerson, 36, possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 1 less than 1 gram in a drug-free zone, possession of a controlled substance penalty grade 1, greater than or equal to 4 grams but less than 200 grams. 
The indictments listed do not include the indictments where the defendants have not yet been arrested for their charge and have a capias out that has not been served on the defendant.
