Departing Copperas Cove city council members recognized at reception

Joann Courtland (Copperas Cove City Council Place 1) and Fred Chavez (Copperas Cove City Council Place 2) are recognized with special street signs during a farewell reception for them at Tuesday’s city council workshop after serving a total of six years on the council.
