Cove High School students help ‘Stamp Out Hunger’

Cove Leader-Press Heather Calhoun and her students from Copperas Cove High School were hard at work this past week collecting food items and monetary donations to help the United States Postal Service “Stamp Out Hunger” program. While this is a national event, local donations stay local. All donations received at the Copperas Cove Post Office Saturday were divided among the three local food pantries that fall under the Capitol Area Food Bank; Baptist Benevolence Ministries, My Brother’s House, and Cove House food pantries.
