Council to hear updates on Recycling and HOT Bowl

The Copperas Cove city council will have their second meeting of the month at 6 p.m. tonight at the Copperas Cove Economic Development Corporation, located at 210 S. 1st Street. The consent agenda contains eight items, two are which the approval of the Copperas Cove Public Library submitting two grant applications, one to the Texas Book Festival for a $2,500 grant and the other to the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway for a $5,000 grant.
