Copperas Cove Easter Egg Roundup set for March 30

The City of Copperas Cove and Parks and Recreation Department is hosting the 2024 Easter Egg Roundup on Saturday, March 30, from 10 a.m. to noon at City Park, located at 1206 W Avenue B. 
The public is invited to attend this free event for children 10 years of age and younger. There will also be one adaptive hunt for children 0-18 years of age with a physical or mental disability. A prize will be awarded to each age group for finding the golden ticket. 
The event will be divided into five categories, as follows: 0-2 Years of Age & Adaptive, line up at 9:45 a.m., hunt at 10 a.m., Field 3. 3-4 Years of Age, line up at 10 a.m., hunt at 10:15 a.m., Fields 1 & 2. 5-6 Years of Age, line up at 10:15 a.m., hunt at 10:30 a.m., Field 3. 7-8 Years of Age, line up at 10:30 a.m., hunt at 10:45 a.m., Fields 1& 2. 9-10 Years of Age, line up at 10:45 a.m., hunt at 11 a.m., Field 3. 
Pictures with the Easter Bunny will be available from 10:15 a.m. to noon. A few vendors will also be set up at the event, to include: More Butter Bakery, Raising Cane’s, Arctic Treats, ACE Dental, Kona Ice, and Priority Charter Schools. Representatives from the Lemonade Day Fort Cavazos Area program will also be set up to accept registrations.
